  • Color and finish review
  • Insurance claim assistance
  • Final quality control

How it works

A practical path from photos to repair.

Photos help us understand the situation, but the final repair plan is confirmed after an in-person inspection.

01

Send photos

Share clear wide and close-up views, plus the vehicle year, make, model, and a short description.

02

Initial evaluation

We review the visible damage and tell you whether an appointment or additional inspection is needed.

03

Repair plan

After inspection, we explain the repair approach, estimate, parts considerations, and expected schedule.

04

Repair & review

Bodywork, refinishing, reassembly, and final quality checks are completed before delivery.

What to photograph

  • The complete side or corner of the vehicle
  • A medium-distance view showing the affected panels
  • Close-ups of dents, scratches, cracks, or paint damage
  • Any loose parts or warning lights visible after the incident

Insurance or self-pay

We work with customers who are handling an insurance claim as well as those paying directly. Send the vehicle photos first; sensitive insurance documents and personal information should not be uploaded through the public photo form.

If the vehicle may be unsafe to drive, call us before moving it.

Collision repair questions

Can I receive an exact estimate from photos?

Photos are useful for a preliminary evaluation. A complete estimate may require an in-person inspection because hidden damage, parts, and repair procedures cannot always be confirmed visually.

Can you help with an insurance claim?

Yes. Roger Auto can help explain the repair process and coordinate the information needed for the claim and estimate.

How long will the repair take?

Timing depends on the damage, parts availability, approvals, and refinishing work. We provide a clearer schedule after inspection.
